Seattle country band Santa Poco performs Saturday at the spring barbecue and dance at the Frenchtown Hall.
The concert performance, barbecue dinner and bonfire party is one of two annual events at the Frenchtown Grange. The funds raised help keep the facility running at 155 Lower Dry Creek Road and among the most affordable locations in the Valley to rent for weddings, reunions, parties and more.
The Frenchtown Hall was founded in 1948 and has been anchored every year by the two nonprofit events.
Tickets typically sell out. This year’s party is $35 per ticket. Free rides home from Freddy G’s Taxi & Wine Tours will be provided.
Santa Poco is a five-piece band that plays “the type of slide guitar-emboldened tunes that float throughout a dusty roadhouse or romping dance hall,” according to the band’s site.
Doors open at 6 p.m., the barbecue dinner is at 7:30 p.m., and music is expected around 8:30. For ticket information call 200-1458.
