Since 2009, the Walla Walla Symphony has presented a free Rock and Roll Camp each summer that serves 50 teens in seventh through 12th grades. The camp is slated for June 24-28 this year.

See for registration details.

In addition to instrument instruction, coaching and mentoring, campers work with professional rock and blues musicians on the faculty on song selection and arranging, song writing, professionalism and stage presence, marketing and promoting a music production and more.

The camp ends with a student-produced concert on Friday at the end of the week, this year on June 28.
