AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLLEGE PLACE, WASHINGTON REVISE TITLE 13 – PUBLIC SERVICES WITH THE LANGUAGE IN EXHIBIT 3.
Section 1: The addition of the following language in Title 13 – Public Services; Water: Chapter 13.05 – Emergency Water Conservation; Storm & Surface Water Utility: CPMC 13.15.072 – Liability for payment of bill; CPMC 13.15.075 – Payment of bills – Delinquency charges; CPMC 13.15.115 – Liability for charges; CPMC 13.15.120 – Authority of city to require cash payment; Illicit Discharge Detection and Elimination; CPMC 13.82.065 – Prohibited Discharges; CPMC 13.82.068 – Animal Waste; Chapter 13.98 – Economic Development Infrastructure Program to Title 13 – Public Services.
Section 2: The revision of the following language in Title 13 – Public Services: Storm & Surface Water Utility; CPMC 13.15.080 – Properties exempt from service charges; CPMC 13.15.090(c)(1) – Credit Eligibility; Stormwater Management; CPMC 13.86.020 – Definitions
Section 3: Clerical Corrections. Section 4: Severability. Section 5: Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force five days after its passage and publication as provided by law.
