A letter writer to the U-B states that the Equality Act that would protect LGBT people would take away her 1st Amendment rights of free speech and religious freedom.
She objects to the Equality Act because it would upset her to see LGBT people walking around freely. Therefore, she believes protecting those people would interfere with her religious beliefs.
Perhaps those who are upset by the Equality Act should move to a country where liberals and their ideas have been completely eliminated along with freedom of the press and where the legislative branch has been reduced to ceremonial functions.
Maybe those who are not for the Equality Act feel right at home in such a country.
