Karen Faye Zink

Karen Faye Zink, 62, died July 1, 2019, at the Dayton General Hospital. Memorial services will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 5, 2019, at the Hubbard-Rogg Chapel, with Pastor David McElroy officiating. A reception will be held at the Eagles following services. A private burial will be held at a later date in the family plot in the Starbuck cemetery. Those who wish may contribute to the charity of the donor’s choice.

Karen was born March 5, 1957, in Walla Walla to Michael and Marilyn Fulkerson Reddish. She attended Dayton schools, graduating in 1975. She married Jesse Loveland soon after graduating and they had two children, Michelle and Jesse, before divorcing. She and Randy Boyd had a daughter, Kaci. Randy was killed in an auto accident in 2002. In 1996, she married Zack Zink III. They have made their home in Dayton the past 22 years.

Karen is survived by her husband, Zack; children, Michelle (Dave), Jesse, Kaci (Pete), Lora, and Jamie (Desi); mother, Marilyn; siblings, Mike (Carrie), Steve, David (Katie), Sharon and Carol (James); eight grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her father; stepson Zack Zink IV; and brother-in-law, Jack.
