NEW CHARGES

Scott A. McIntosh, 50, Milton-Freewater, was charged on June 17 with attempting to elude a pursuing police vehicle and third-degree driving with a suspended/revoked license on Jan. 24. He was summoned to appear July 15 in court.

Talone J. Henderson, 33, Tacoma, was charged on June 18 with possession with intent to deliver meth and buprenorphine, and possession of a controlled substance by a person not a prisoner on June 15. His arraignment is scheduled for July 1.

Tasha R. Belcher, 44, Tacoma, was charged on June 18 with possession with intent to deliver meth and buprenorphine, and possession of a controlled substance by a person not a prisoner on June 15. Her arraignment is scheduled for July 1.

Angelo G. Barrera, 26, unknown address, was charged on June 18 with harassment-domestic violence on June 16. His arraignment is scheduled for July 1.

Cory J. Spence, 42, Richland, was charged on June 19 with vehicle theft and third-degree driving with a suspended/revoked license on Jan. 5. He was summoned to appear in court on July 22.

Dennis W. Sullivan Jr., 25, Walla Walla, was charged on June 19 with first-degree identity theft on Nov. 6, 2018. He was summoned to appear in court on July 15.

Jose A. Armenta, 24, Milton-Freewater, was charged on June 20 with three counts of second-degree burglary on March 21. His arraignment is scheduled for July 15.

SENTENCED

Melanie R. Nichols, 26, Walla Walla, was sentenced on June 17 for controlled substance possession by a person confined in a county correctional institution on April 8. The sentence included $500 in fines and fees, 90 days in jail with credit for 21 days served or as calculated by county corrections, one year in community custody, and a chemical-dependency evaluation.

Brynn C. Slater, 32, College Place, was sentenced on June 17 for first-degree criminal trespassing on Aug. 12, 2018. The charge was amended from the original, which was first-degree burglary. The sentence included 364 days in jail with 342 suspended and credit for 22 days served; one year of probation; no contact with the victim; and $250 in fines and fees.

DISMISSALS

Charges of possession with intent to deliver meth and marijuana and using drug paraphernalia against Derick R. Riggs, 32, Greenacres, on Dec. 5, 2017, were dismissed June 19 because he successfully completed Adult Recovery Court.

Charges of felony DUI, resisting arrest, first-degree driving with a suspended/revoked license, and operating a vehicle without ignition interlock against Oswaldo Garcia, 47, College Place, on Sept. 8, 2017, were dismissed June 19 because he successfully completed Adult Recovery Court.

The charge of second-degree taking a vehicle without permission on Dec. 17, 2018, against Michael A. Thornton, 31, College Place, was dismissed on June 21 because the victim recanted and didn’t want to pursue charges.

The charge of attempted vehicle theft on March 19, 2018, against Heidi L. Ringering, 39, Walla Walla, was dismissed on June 21 because she successfully completed the conditions of the Stipulated Order of Continuance entered on Aug. 6, 2018.

Charges of second-degree assault and harassment on Dec. 23, 2017, against Lisa A. Donaldson, 55, Walla Walla, were dismissed on June 21 because she successfully completed the conditions of the Stipulated Order of Continuance entered on March 13, 2018.

The charge of escape from community custody on Aug. 25, 2016, against Richard D. Streck III, 43, College Place, was dismissed on June 21 because he successfully completed the conditions of the Stipulated Order of Continuance entered on Oct. 10, 2017.
