A Burbank man accused of raping a young girl he knew appeared on Monday in court with his Kennewick lawyer, Kevin L. Holt.
Corey R. Clark, 30, was charged with first-degree rape and other sex crimes involving an 8-year-old girl. Court records state the crimes occurred at least twice between Dec. 20 and Dec. 25, 2016. Clark was not arrested, and Judge Scott Wolfram allowed the man to remain out of jail pending court proceedings.
His arraignment hasn’t been scheduled.
