Join the Community Resilience Initiative in exploring how we can build connection and safety even while practicing physical distancing.  When we understand how various adverse events trigger our brain to predict threat or safety, we can learn ways to steer us to safety. Five webinars on each Thursday in October from noon to 1pm will feature key concepts and reflection activities. Dr. Gail Christopher, noted national speaker on health and healing, will lead our first discussion on October 1st. Rick Griffin, noted trainer and speaker, will guide the conversations on safety and connection.
