Oven Roasted Halibut with charred spring onion and Romesco paired with our 2018 Prelude

Course Two

Spring vegetables...forest mushrooms with a stinging nettle pesto paired with 2012 21 Grams

Course Three

Grilled lamb chops with wheat berries, and a wild herb chimichurri paired with 2007 Columbia Valley Syrah

Course Four

Pan seared bistro filet with ashe roasted beets, cambozola, and fig compote paired with 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon

Chocolate truffles paired with your choice of the four wines we have selected
