The Research Analyst/Coding Specialist must be proficient in the development and maintenance of spreadsheets, databases and online resources. This would include expertise in use of a student management system and the financial aid management system, as well as the ability to review processes for increased efficiencies.
Retention Specialist for At-Risk Students in the TRiO Student Support Services program (full-time): This position is responsible for building positive, working relationships with a variety of students who face multiple challenges in achieving academic success. The Retention Specialist provides intrusive advising and assists with providing programs and activities designed to promote student retention, completion, and transfer to four-year universities.
Workforce Education
Medical Assisting Program Coordinator (full-time): This position is responsible for classroom and clinical instruction/supervision of Medical Assisting Program students on both the Walla Walla and Clarkston campus, performs administrative duties related to program coordination and well as supervision of adjunct instructors in the Medical Assisting Program.
Administrative Assistant to the Vice President of Instruction, Workforce Education (full-time): This position serves as the primary assistant on administrative matters and provides direct confidential secretarial support to the Vice President of Instruction, Workforce Education. Position performs higher-level administrative duties.
Program Assistant, Child Care Resource and Referral (107M): This three-quarter time, two-year classified project-position provides support to the grant funded Child Care Resource and Referral program.
